How refreshing to receive such honesty

I booked Craig to come out to replace all my brake discs and pads based on the health survey from my main dealer service. Craig came out and basically said the garage had been trying to rob me and he wouldn't change my discs even if I wanted them doing, as they just didn't replacing. One brake pad was maybe 50% worn, but should last another year based on my driving, and all the rest were fine. So he didn't do anything! How refreshing to receive such honesty..... it was very much appreciated and I will certainly be recommending Craig to friends, and calling him when my brakes do need replacing. Thanks, Craig for being so honest!
